I am so happy to have you as a client and start our journey together. I strive to create relationships with my clients where I know you so well I can interpret your needs and offer changes when you need them.
Please read over my cancellation policy below so you know how/when to cancel if the need arises in the future. I understand that your time is equally as valuable as mine. Know that TKH will also follow the policy below if I need cancel/reshedule your appointment. If you have any questions you can reach me below.
If anything comes up and you need to reshedule or cancel your appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice. This gives me plenty of time to fill the space.
Any clients who cancel within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the service scheduled. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. I will respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no shows.
To reschedule your appointment please email/text/call. If you are outside of the cancellation period, no fees will be charged
Arriving at your appointment on time is necessary for 100% of your scheduled service to be completed. However, I do understand that things happen and give a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes we may need to reschedule or change the service to a shorter one at the same price as the original service scheduled.
